Personal data protection

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, known as the Implementation Regulation of the LOPD, CC/studio informs all users of the website that the use of specific services requires the provision of personal data via forms or emails, which will be incorporated into a file owned by CC/studio that is duly registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. By providing your personal data, you are consenting to the use of your personal data. Consent will be revocable at any time although this will not have retroactive effects.

You are in no case obliged to provide personal data, and the requested data is relevant and strictly necessary in order to fulfil the purpose for which the data is collected. Furthermore, you guarantee that all information provided by you is true, valid and relevant for the purpose requested, and that you have freely supplied the information. Our website collects your personal data via the forms and email messages which you can use to contact us to request information, clarification or send queries. By providing your personal data, you authorise CC/studio to include your personal data in our files, if required. These files shall be governed by these privacy policies. Your information will be added to our data processing files.

However, please bear in mind that we are unable to and do not guarantee perfect security on the Internet.  Therefore, CC/studio is not responsible for illegal access to or violations of systems or databases.

It is important for us to keep your personal data up to date and that you inform us of any change as otherwise we can not assure nor verify nor be held liable for their correctness.  If you do not specifically request the removal of your personal data from our files, your personal data will remain in our files until CC/studio deems it appropriate and during the time needed to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.  CC/ studio reserves the right to modify its privacy policy in order to reflect any modifications to our website, and in accordance with modified legislative obligations regarding personal data. Therefore, we recommend you read the policy every time you provide your information through our website.
